Case: Toyota Material Handling Europe
HR Community Conference 2021
In May 2020, our collaboration with Toyota Material Handling Europe started and since then our collaboration on digital events has continued with a number of digital broadcasts, including Top management and HR conferences.
Every year, an HR Community Conference is held and which in 2021 became a 100% digital event, which was aimed at everyone in HR within the Toyota Material Handling Group in Europe.
A full-day live broadcast with workshops, interactivity, inspirational lectures, reflections, launches and awards ceremonies. To create an extra boost around the event, a box was sent home to all participants who were not allowed to open before the event started.
A QR code was on the box which, when opened, received a welcome greeting from the presenters. The box was filled with lots of Swedish goodies within the theme “It’s always time for a Swedish fika”, such as swedish candy, “delicatoboll”, biscuit chocolate, coffee, a specially designed coffee mug, etc.
The box became a common thread throughout the day and the participants got to enjoy the contents of the box during the breaks.
We organized everything around the goodie box, shipping, guidance with preparation of driving schedule and direction, full technical setup and support during genre rehearsal and live broadcast.
The participants gave the conference very good grades right through the evaluation, but we are of course extra happy and proud that they gave 9.5 out of 10 in grades for implementation and event production.
